submeet.it is a free tool for finding a time that works for a group. It runs entirely in your browser with no account, no app to install, and no email required. You create an event, share one link, and everyone fills in their availability.

Most scheduling tools ask everyone to mark the times they are available. In practice that is the harder question — you have to scan your whole calendar and confirm every open slot. submeet.it flips it around: you mark only the times you are busy. Everything you don’t touch is treated as free, so the overlap of everyone’s open time appears automatically. For most people, remembering the few blocks they can’t make is far quicker than confirming all the ones they can.

Why we built it

Coordinating a meeting time over group chat is slow and noisy — messages pile up, people answer at different times, and someone ends up manually tallying replies. We wanted the simplest possible way to reach a decision: open a link, tap the times you can’t do, and let the result speak for itself. No log-in wall, no clutter, and free to use.
